One of my favourite styles of training is High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). These are intensive workouts with short bursts of energy combined with short periods of rest. HIIT boosts your metabolism for up to 24h after the workout. That means that you continue burning calories at a higher pace during that whole time. Another favourite discipline of mine is Cross Fit. Cross fit tremendously improves your conditioning because it combines different exercises (aerobic and anaerobic) in one and the same workout.
I help people with diabetes or sedentary lifestyle to get out of their comfort zones. The final goal is positive mindset change towards a healthier lifestyle. You are going to do your daily activities, such as carrying groceries, climbing stairs or carry your golf clubs around the course, with an ease.
